Our client, a property management company, needed a comprehensive platform to streamline tenant request management, enable document sharing, and facilitate seamless communication among tenants, team members, and administrators. The primary goal was to create a role-based system ensuring privacy, efficiency, and ease of use for all stakeholders involved.


What We Did for the Client



We partnered with the client to develop a robust tenant management app tailored to their needs. Key aspects of our solution included:


  1. Role-Based Functionality:


    • Designed specific features for Clients, Team Members, and Admins to ensure each role had a dedicated workspace and tools to manage tasks effectively.


  2. Tenant Request System:


    • Built an intuitive interface for tenants to submit and track requests with media attachments.

    • Implemented real-time status updates and notifications for better communication.


  3. Document Management:


    • Integrated Google Drive to organize and manage instructional materials and guides.

    • Enabled role-based access to location-specific documents for clients.


  4. Admin Control Panel:


    • Developed tools for admins to post announcements, oversee user management, and monitor tenant requests.

    • Provided options to assign roles, update user details, and manage document access.


  5. Streamlined Communication:


    • Equipped team members with features to add comments, notify tenants, and close requests efficiently.


  6. Seamless User Experience:


    • Ensured a user-friendly design across all platforms with simple navigation and clear functionality.



Through our collaboration, the client successfully launched the app, Area Salons Tenant Management, which transformed their operations and enhanced satisfaction among tenants and team members alike.
