The Wellness App was designed to help individuals build sustainable wellness habits through structured daily, weekly, and monthly activities. It emphasizes user engagement, progress tracking, and motivation to ensure long-term adherence to mental, physical, and emotional well-being practices. By combining personalized content, reminders, and optional community interaction, the app creates a holistic ecosystem for self-improvement and mindfulness.


Problem Faced by the Client


The client observed that many wellness platforms failed to create lasting engagement due to fragmented experiences and lack of consistent structure.

Users often faced the following challenges:
