• Initiating a transaction on the Platform creates a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner.

Liability and Indemnification:

• You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or applicable laws.

• Neither party will be liable for failures to perform due to force majeure events.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
